Seven Daughters Winemaker’s Blend - White, California NV
Crisp and refined, this complex blend can be enjoyed on its own or with light pasta, sushi, or Thai dishes.
Blend: 24% French Colombard, 19% Chardonnay, 17% Riesling, 17% Symphony, 11% Ornage Muscat, 6% Gewurztraminer, 6% Sauvignon Blanc.
Seven Daughters Winemaker’s Blend - Red, California NV
Medium-bodied and fruit-forward, this blend has flavors of blackberry, black pepper, cherry, vanilla and smoked meat. Perfect with pizza, pasta, poultry or beef dishes.
Blend: 50% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Cabernet Franc, 11% Zinfandel, 2% Syrah, 2% Carignane, and 1% Sangiovese.
Two Hands Gnarly Dudes Shiraz, Barossa Valley, Australia, 2004
The winemakers thought that their vines looked like gnarly old soldiers ready to be lead into battle, so they named this delicious Shiraz after the army in his vineyard. The nose has vibrant lifted aromas of violet and red fruits with a hint of supportive oak, while the palate is full bodied and delivers succulent fruit with soft round tannins. This red wine is a meld of red fruits with a hint of black pepper and licorice, with a balanced and vibrant finish.
The $5 tasting fee includes a sample of each featured wine and a souvenir Double Helix wine glass.
All wines featured in this tasting will be 10% off during this event.
